Overview
Tyler represents public and private companies, financial institutions, emerging businesses, and individuals in complex commercial litigation, securities matters, internal and white-collar investigations, domestic and international arbitrations, and bankruptcy proceedings. His experience encompasses all phases of practice, including pre-dispute issues, motion practice and discovery, trial, and appeals.
Tyler also maintains an extensive pro bono practice focused on voting rights, access to education, immigration issues, and criminal justice.
