Overview
Nicole Halle is a transactional attorney with a diverse practice spanning real estate, general business matters, and intellectual property. She manages all aspects of real estate transactions, representing commercial, industrial, retail, residential, and multifamily property owners across California and the U.S. Her work includes acquisitions, title reviews, financing, dispositions, and lease negotiations on behalf of both landlords and tenants. Nicole also has significant experience in landlord-tenant disputes and has secured numerous judgments for possession and unpaid rent.
In her intellectual property practice, Nicole focuses on protecting and enforcing IP rights for clients in industries such as entertainment, food and beverage, health and fitness, sports, cosmetics, and apparel. Nicole manages the vast trademark portfolio at Raines Feldman Littrell, and oversees client’s domestic and international trademark portfolios, handles enforcement matters including cease and desist letters, domain name transfers, and ICANN disputes. She also prosecutes trademark applications, maintains registrations, and manages opposition proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
Before joining Raines Feldman Littrell, Nicole worked at an insurance litigation firm and externed for Judge Michael I. Levanas of the Los Angeles Superior Court. She also brings industry insight from her prior experience at a major Los Angeles-based real estate investment firm.

- Represented client in connection with subdividing 150 acre lot in Phoenix, Arizona and in the disposition of a 750,000 square foot manufacturing building located on the property.
- Represented client in connection with the acquisition of largest vacant lot in Los Angeles County, California which included complex work with the City of Los Angeles, various environmental agencies and the future development of the property.
- Represented client in connection with the acquisition and leaseback of 500,000 square foot industrial building in Arizona.
