Overview
Katherine L. Birchok is an associate in the Wealth Preservation, Tax & Succession Planning practice group in the Chicago office. Katherine assists clients with complex gift and estate tax planning as well as implementing sophisticated estate planning strategies tailored to their individual and business needs.
Katherine attended law school at the University of Iowa College of Law. While at Iowa, she served as managing editor on the Journal of Corporation Law and was a part of the Pro Bono Society participating in the Citizen Lawyer Program to assist in Expungement clinics to assist community members with accessing housing and employment opportunities.
