Overview
Jordan concentrates her practice on commercial bankruptcy, financial restructuring and commercial litigation. She represents debtors, creditors, and committees in all stages of bankruptcy and commercial cases across various industries including healthcare, food and beverage, energy and mining, throughout the country.
While attending Duquesne University School of Law, Jordan interned with the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office and served as an editor on the Business Law Journal. She was a member of the National Trial Advocacy Competition Team and member of the Federal Litigation Clinic where she gained valuable litigation experience while representing clients in civil rights actions in U.S. District Court and on appeals in the Third Circuit.
