Debra E. Best is a seasoned transactional real estate and general business attorney with deep expertise across all aspects of commercial, retail, industrial, and complex residential real estate. Her practice spans the full lifecycle of real property transactions—including acquisition, financing, development, leasing, and disposition—of both individual assets and large portfolios across the United States.
Debra advises a diverse range of clients, representing buyers and sellers in commercial and residential real estate deals, as well as landlords and tenants in the leasing of office, retail, commercial, and industrial properties.
Before joining the firm, Debra was a partner at Rosenfeld, Wolff & Klein, a respected real estate boutique firm in Los Angeles. She also previously served as associate in-house counsel for a publicly traded real estate investment trust, further enhancing her practical insights into the business and legal considerations that shape successful real estate ventures.
